Our staff augmentation hiring process is streamlined and goal-oriented, designed to efficiently bring in top talent on a contractual basis. Here’s a step-by-step breakdown:

  1. Identifying requirements:
    The process kicks off with the hiring company outlining specific needs, preparing detailed job descriptions, and creating role briefs for the desired talent.
  2. Market research and provider collaboration:
    We align these requirements with available talent, submitting pre-selected CVs that closely match the criteria.
  3. Skill verification:
    From this pool, We select candidates for test assignments to assess their skills and suitability for the role, either independently or facilitated by the provider
  4. Feedback and interviews:
    Following the tests, feedback is provided, and selected candidates are invited for interviews to further evaluate their suitability.
  5. Decision making:
    The hiring company makes the final selection of candidates they wish to hire.
  6. Contract negotiation and signing:
    The hiring company and Onetree agree on contract terms, including the duration of cooperation, and finalize the agreement.
  7. Onboarding:
    Once the contract is in place, the new team members undergo onboarding, immersing themselves into the company’s internal team and aligning with the company culture, development processes, and strategic goals.8. Evaluation of proposals and security protocols: Simultaneously, there's an assessment of IT staff augmentation proposals, including a review of the vendor’s security policies, NDAs, data handling and storage protocols, and understanding their onboarding timelines.
