This Ecommerce project was already technically demanding because of the scale and complexity. Additionally, the previous website was in constant evolution making it hard to ever catch-up with an up-to-date feature offering. In order to accomplish a successful project we needed to move fast enough to get up to speed with their live site and be flexible enough to attend a moving list of requirements. Agile allowed us to tackle the requirements in a more organized way and adapt to the changes as they were presented.
A project that was technically and methodologically demanding was tackled with great client satisfaction and ended with a swift go-live. Many months later we continue our efforts together with LentesPlus to improve their site and boost their sales.

We align these requirements with available talent, submitting pre-selected CVs that closely match the criteria. - Skill verification:
From this pool, We select candidates for test assignments to assess their skills and suitability for the role, either independently or facilitated by the provider. - Feedback and interviews:
Following the tests, feedback is provided, and selected candidates are invited for interviews to further evaluate their suitability. - Decision making:
The hiring company makes the final selection of candidates they wish to hire. - Contract negotiation and signing:
The hiring company and Onetree agree on contract terms, including the duration of cooperation, and finalize the agreement. - Onboarding:
Once the contract is in place, the new team members undergo onboarding, immersing themselves into the company’s internal team and aligning with the company culture, development processes, and strategic goals. - Evaluation of proposals and security protocols:
Simultaneously, there's an assessment of IT staff augmentation proposals, including a review of the vendor’s security policies, NDAs, data handling and storage protocols, and understanding their onboarding timelines.
